The team tackled tight deadlines and complex technical requirements to complete a bumper mold project for XPeng on schedule and to high quality standards.
Against an aggressive 67-day timeline, Silver Basis’Shenzhen mold team met all Phase T1 deliverables through scientific planning, close collaboration and continuous optimization. It also excelled in trial mold quality and stability—performance that earned high praise from XPeng.
To support XPeng’s urgent needs for vehicle testing and milestone progress, the team quickly rolled out a targeted plan upon project launch: “backward timeline scheduling + dual optimization of design and manufacturing processes.” Weekly progress reviews and cross-departmental coordination allowed the team to meet both delivery targets and quality commitments in record time, directly supporting XPeng’s new vehicle market promotion plan.
